Client Data Connection

White Glove manages Amazon accounts for established brands. Our Client Data Connection is the software that lets our team read your Seller Central data directly from Amazon, through Amazon's official Selling Partner API. You connect it once, with your own Amazon login, and you can disconnect it at any time.

What it does for you

Daily account health checks. Account health rating, policy warnings, listing errors, suppressed listings and stranded inventory, flagged the same morning.

Restock planning. FBA inventory, inbound shipments and sales velocity, so restock files are built from Amazon's own numbers.

Inbound shipments. We create FBA shipping plans and book Amazon Partnered Carrier shipments for the quantities you approve.

Weekly and monthly reporting. Sales and traffic, Brand Analytics and Search Query Performance, settlements and fee reports.

Reimbursement checks. Inventory ledger and returns data to find units Amazon owes you for.

Approved changes only. If you approve a listing or price change, we can apply it through the connection and confirm it went live. Nothing is changed without your approval.

What it reads

Listings and listing issues, pricing, FBA inventory and inbound shipments, Amazon fulfillment and AWD data, sales and traffic reports, Brand Analytics, settlement and fee reports, seller feedback, and account health. It does not request access to your customers' names, addresses or phone numbers.

Pricing

Included in Core Management ($2,750/month) and Complete Management (from $3,500/month). There is no separate charge.

How to connect

1. Click Connect your Amazon account (we send you the link during onboarding).
2. Sign in to Seller Central as the account's Primary User.
3. Review the access requested and click Confirm.

How to disconnect

In Seller Central, go to Apps and Services > Manage Your Apps and remove White Glove. Access stops right away. Email partners@white-glove.agency and we will delete the data we hold for your account, as described in our Privacy Policy.
