Terms of Service

These terms apply to the website white-glove.agency and to the services of Perfect Pair Apparel, Inc. ("White Glove", "we"), including Amazon account management and the White Glove Client Data Connection. By using the site or our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services. The scope, fees and term of our management services are set in your proposal or service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

2. Your Amazon account. You remain the owner of your Amazon seller account and everything in it. You confirm that you are authorized to connect the account and to grant us access. You are responsible for keeping your own Amazon login secure.

3. Client Data Connection. When you connect your account, you authorize White Glove to access your Seller Central data through Amazon's Selling Partner API for the purposes described on our Client Data Connection page. We make changes to your listings or prices only with your approval. You can disconnect at any time in Seller Central under Apps and Services > Manage Your Apps.

4. Amazon's rules. Our use of your data follows Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy for Selling Partner API developers. Amazon may change or end API access at any time, and we are not responsible for Amazon outages, policy changes or decisions about your account.

5. Your data. Your data stays yours. We use it only to provide our services to you, we do not sell it, and we handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Fees and refunds. Fees are set in your proposal. Our 30-day money-back guarantee on the management retainer applies as stated on our site and in your agreement.

7. No guarantees of results. We work to improve your Amazon performance, but sales, rankings and advertising results depend on Amazon and the market. We do not guarantee specific results.

8. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

9. Ending the service. Either side can end the service as set in your agreement. When it ends, we stop using the connection, and you should remove our app in Seller Central. We delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
