WHY WHITE GLOVE

Built from both sides of the Seller Central screen.

Since 2015, I’ve been building and operating my own Amazon brand. Along the way, I worked at three leading Amazon agencies—deepening my skill set while making my own business more profitable.

That dual perspective changed how I manage. I know the pressure of placing the inventory order, protecting the margin, and deciding whether growth is worth its cost. After working personally with dozens of founders, I know the best answer is rarely “do more.” It is usually: find the constraint, understand the economics, and act with precision.

White Glove is intentionally boutique. I personally manage no more than six accounts, so I can learn the whole business—not just its ad dashboard. That is how I become a second brain: seeing opportunities early, catching inventory and margin issues before they become expensive, and knowing when to press the gas or tap the brakes.

THE OPERATING PHILOSOPHY

Profit before promotion. Operations before optimization.

01

Every ASIN must earn its keep.

Account-level averages hide expensive truths. Decisions begin with product-level profitability, then roll up to the brand.

02

A strong product beats a clever trick.

Healthy margins and genuine demand matter more than fancy graphics, frantic promotions, or the latest PPC hack.

03

PPC is an amplifier.

Advertising accelerates what is already working—and exposes what is not. It cannot rescue weak economics or broken operations.

04

Attention is finite.

The more accounts one manager carries, the less deeply they can think. Six clients is my ceiling, not a growth target.

THE WHITE GLOVE DIFFERENCE

Think of it as an Amazon CEO for the Amazon side of your business.

I connect the parts other teams manage in isolation. Inventory changes advertising. Advertising changes cash flow. Catalog structure changes execution speed. Every recommendation is made in the context of the whole business.

INVENTORY

Order with precision—not panic.

You get clear guidance on what to order, how much, and when—designed to reduce storage costs, inbound placement fees, stockouts, and avoidable freight. When it is time to ship, the plan goes all the way through the labels.

ADVERTISING

Scale the winners. Stop subsidizing the rest.

We set product-level targets and make margin-led adjustments. High margin, strong conversion, and room to grow call for fuel. Organic strength, cannibalization risk, or a small niche may call for restraint.

CATALOG

A cleaner catalog creates faster decisions.

We untangle inconsistent SKU names, duplicates, broken variations, incorrect categories, and dead listings—so the team can move with clarity instead of working around clutter.

LISTING CONTENT

Answer the question before the shopper asks it.

Amazon intelligence and leading third-party data—including Product Opportunity Explorer, Search Query Performance, PPC data, Alexa answers, and Helium 10—become persuasive copy and visuals grounded in what customers need to know.

BUSINESS PERFORMANCE

Know what you earned. Know what comes next.

A monthly P&L shows the real result. Forecasting then turns your goal—growth or margin protection—into an operating plan the team can execute.

REAL CUSTOMER DATA ALREADY ON FILE

Individual results vary. Screenshots are real, anonymized examples—not a promise of future performance.
